How do I place an order?
Simply browse our pumpkin packages and select your favorite. Choose whether you want to add on pickup/removal. Then check the delivery map to pick your zone and complete checkout. Easy peasy pumpkin squeezy!
Do I need to pre-order?
Pre-ordering ensures your pumpkins and designs are reserved and ready for delivery. Since availability is limited, placing your order in advance guarantees you won’t miss out.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver throughout North Atlanta, including: Forsyth County, Cumming, Alpharetta, Milton, Crabapple, Johns Creek, Roswell, Dunwoody, Sandy Springs, Buckhead, Brookhaven, East Cobb, Cherokee County, Woodstock, Canton, Ballground, Macedonia, Suwanee, Duluth, Norcross, Dawsonville, Big Canoe
Do I need a hay bale?
Hay bales can add height and visual interest, particularly for flat entryways. If your porch has stairs or multiple levels, a hay bale is optional.
Do I need to be home for my pumpkin delivery?
No. While we enjoy meeting our customers, it’s not necessary for you to be present. Setup typically takes about 30 minutes – 1.5 hours depending on package size, and we handle everything carefully.
When are the pumpkins delivered?
We aim to delivery/install within 1-2 days of your order. We are taking order through the end of October. Inquiry about a November delivery.
Do you deliver to businesses and schools?
Absolutely! We love bringing pumpkin magic to offices, schools, and community spaces—just check the delivery map for your zone and book your pumpkins.
Do you remove the pumpkins after the season?
Yes! Our pumpkin packages include the option of remove & recycle after Oct. 31, so you don’t have to worry about a post-Halloween cleanup.
What do you do with the pumpkins you remove?
We take them to local farms and gardens for recycling, keeping them out of landfills and giving them a second life as compost or animal feed.
I forgot to add pumpkin removal & recycling when I ordered. Is it too late?
You can add pick-up at any time. We’ll coordinate a convenient schedule for removal after the season.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe and offer secure checkout on our website. For Venmo payments, contact us.
How do I request support for my order?
If your order needs attention—such as a damaged display or a delivery error —please contact us right away.

Safety first! If weather impacts our delivery, we’ll coordinate a convenient reschedule and handle your porch with care.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or credits. If you need to transfer your Pumpkinful package to another person or address, please contact us by email. Transfers must be used within the current season and cannot be carried over to the following year.
How do I keep my pumpkins fresh longer?
Keep them dry, out of direct sun, and avoid placing them on damp surfaces. A little TLC goes a long way!
Will the pumpkins attract pests?
Vinegar to the rescue! Sprinkle a little vinegar around your pumpkins—the scent helps deter squirrels. You can also place a small bowl of vinegar behind the pumpkins or use an apple cider vinegar spray for extra protection. This keeps your pumpkins safe while staying eco-friendly!
How can I make my pumpkins shine?
A light spray of cooking oil spray (like Pam) works wonders to make your pumpkins glisten and look fresh all season.

What is autism?
Autism is a neurological condition that affects how a person communicates and experiences the world. Like pumpkins, no two are alike! Some are nonverbal, some talk a lot, and many may struggle to fit into the world around them, each with unique strengths and challenges. About 1 in 36 children is diagnosed with autism today.
Is a pumpkin a fruit or a vegetable?
Trick question! Botanically, pumpkins are fruits because they grow from flowers and contain seeds. But in the kitchen, we treat them like vegetables—they’re perfect for soups, roasting, and all your savory or sweet creations!
How many different colors do pumpkins come in?
Pumpkins come in at least six main colors: orange, white, green, yellow, blue-gray, and multi-colored. These variations make each pumpkin unique and perfect for creative fall displays.
