Pumpkinful was created by a young artist and entrepreneur with autism who wanted an opportunity to work, use her talents, and build something of her own.

And what began as an opportunity for one person has grown into a business with a bigger purpose: creating beautiful spaces while creating meaningful opportunities for others.

When Finding a Job Isn’t So Simple

Like many young adults on the autism spectrum, Savannah wanted to work.

She had creativity, experience, and a strong work ethic. She had grown up helping with her family’s business and had already spent years developing her skills as an artist.

But when it came time to look for employment outside of the family business, finding the right opportunity wasn’t easy.

Interviews didn’t necessarily lead to employment, and the traditional workplace didn’t always provide a natural place for her strengths to shine.

Instead of allowing that to determine what came next, Savannah took a different path.

She created her own opportunity.

That entrepreneurial spirit eventually became Pumpkinful Porch Designs.

Pumpkins Became Another Canvas

Savannah has always been an artist.

With Pumpkinful, her canvas simply became much larger.

Instead of working only with traditional art materials, she began designing with heirloom pumpkins in different colors, shapes, sizes, and textures. Front steps, porches, and entryways became spaces where she could create.

That artistic approach continues to influence how Pumpkinful designs today.

We don’t simply deliver pumpkins and place them around a front door.

Each display is thoughtfully designed for the individual home. Pumpkins are layered, stacked, tilted, and arranged to complement the architecture of the entryway. Colors and textures are mixed to create dimension, while the placement is carefully considered so the finished design feels abundant without feeling cluttered.

The goal is to create something that looks collected, polished, and naturally beautiful.

During our fall season, there is real work to be done—from organizing and preparing pumpkins to loading and unloading deliveries, assisting with installations, and helping transform ordinary entryways into finished designs.

Our goal is simple:
